Before you start
Read the WhatsApp Supplementary Terms (opens in a new tab), including fees, plan availability and the Meta and Cloudflare subprocessor disclosures.
You will sign in directly with Meta. TNZ never receives your Meta password. The setup link is single-use and expires automatically.
You pay Meta's WhatsApp charges directly. TNZ charges $0.01 per outbound WhatsApp message, billed in your account currency and exclusive of taxes, when Meta accepts the message—even if delivery later fails. TNZ does not charge for inbound WhatsApp messages.
